Awwww...look at all the cute 12+ players. Aren't you just darling with your shiny titles and piles of PA and stacked buffs?

You should come to the nice asian girl's 12+ table. Nothing bad could ever happen. There will be cake. *patpat*

If all goes according to plan (and if I can even manage to get my hands on a ticket for the special), I would love the opportunity to play at your table again. Zelthier has been miffed since that cowardly runelord decided to run away mere seconds before his electrically explosive demise and is out for BBEG blood.

Also, cake.

Some one get this lady (Jack-Of-Blades) a ticket!!! She was my GM during the playtest at PaizoCon. She did a great job and deserves a seat at GenCon!

I am going to be running the special at GenCon for the high tiers (levels 12-15).

I won't make any statements like Nani, saying that it will be ok and nothing bad will happen.

I can tell you that it will be a memorable time.

:-D

Ah, if only I could participate in this as a player.

Perhaps Jason will get an event together here in Phoenix sometime soon.

Our group is looking for one or maybe two more players at GenCon 2013 to help us with the PFS special event on Friday August 16th at 7pm. You will need to have a character who is at least 14th level and the requisite ticket(s) for the event. We are looking for an amicable adult player whose character is primarily a damage dealer.

You'll be playing with a team of four 15th level characters - myself, my husband and my two best female gamer friends. We are a mature group who enjoy good company and have traditionally adventured with two other males - both who are unable to aid us. One got deported (druid) and the other has chosen GM-exile-hood (barbarian).

As such, you need to be comfortable gaming with women - we expect you to have above average gamer communication skills. I play a Paladin who specializes in "distraction". My husband (WhiskeyJack) plays a witch. One of my friend plays a Cleric - but don't expect her to be your wet-nurse. And my other friend plays a Monk - but don't get her upset or you lose your wing-woman.

Please feel free to send me a private message if you should be interested (or post here if you want rely on my ability to weed through the thread). We thrive on promoting a fun gaming experience for all: including our GM - who we generally develop a rapport with. We also believe that we work incredibly well as a team and hope you can help enhance that.

Care Baird,

you know, I thought so too....that my friend Natertot would be crunchably munchable.

Years ago, when I lived in NYC, Natertot and I were part of the same gaming group that my roommate ran. There was a change of leadership, and I ended up running the group....but that is another story.

I found a 1 on 1 adventure I thought would be an interesting challenge for my friend. Some of you may know Jacob's Well in Dragon Magazine #43 September 1993. I ran Natertot through Jacob's well. He was relentless, methodical and didn't make a single mistake.....He nipped the problem in the bud. I think we only played for around 30 minutes. I was expecting the adventure to last a good 4 hours or so. Best laid DM plans and all that. I doubt Natertot remembers that adventure.

Anyways if you are playing along side of Natertot, GMing Natertot, or at a table Natertot is GMing, he is a fun player to have at the table,

Myles

I'm looking for a group at Gen Con; Myrnall, the level 13 Halfling Summoner who rides his Eidolon and hits things with his +3 bane (evil outsiders) greatsword. I'm more than capable of being the tank, and my spell selection is designed with versatility in mind. Don't expect any offensive magic though.

See Amber Vadalis's post, above. They could use another front line damage dealer, since I won't be playing my barbarian with them like usual (too busy GMing).

In marginally related news...

I'm looking for a ticket for the special. I'm refreshing the site looking for cancellations all through the day, but if anyone would like to make it easy on me by converting his or her ticket into $35, please send me a message.

Hi, Keane Petros, a level 15 Magus is looking for a 14-15 group for his stay in the Diamond City.

He has about reached his pinnacle of power with Spell Perfection for Maximized Intensifed Shocking Grasps, and his Bane Blade arcana for his Black Blade.

He can front line once his illusion defences are in place, and has measures to get around elemental immunities and spell resistance

He looks forward to a scenic trip and enjoying the coffee of the Diamond City

Hello all,

Looking to fill out our pre-mustered 14-15 table for the GenCon Special Siege of Diamond City.

We have 1-2 spots still open. We would prefer a divine caster of some type.

I'm still looking for a tier 12-13 group; Myrnall, level 13.2 halfling Summoner who rides his pouncing Eidolon and hits things with his +3 bane(evil outsiders) greatsword. Together we do around 150 points of damage per round (closer to 200 with a few rounds of buffs), have ACs that start around 32 (and can get to 40+), Myrnall can cast Communal Stone Skin (supply your own component), and have other spells based around buffing/support. I am willing to play up to 14-15.

Just so you both know, there isn't a 12-15 tier with two subtiers for the special.

There's a 12-13 tier and a 14-15 tier.
13's and 14's can't play at the same table.

Are you sure? Players have always been able to play 1 subtier away from their actual tier in the past. Does this special work different than the normal rule?

As I remember, groups were being seated according to level. But one 14 at a table of 13s would not affect APL.

Hmm, now I'm unsure.

In flipping through my copy of the special from PaizoCon. I see nothing that would prevent playing out of tier.

I just recall being told that by someone when I ran this at PaizoCon.

Perhaps you can hop up or down a tier? I'll try and find out conclusively.

Hopes Mike, Mark, or Thursty sees this.
