Old GM pondering New GtPFS rules with questions

I've got two rules questions based on some of the new language in 4.3 (well in 3.0+ really) and there seems to be local disagreement on the meaning of these:

1) GM Credit always 2 or does "Full Credit" = "What the PC's playing got"? I've ran some Free RPG Day modules (1xp/1pp) and the website says 2 PP. I've ran some Modules (3xp/4pp) and the site says 2 pp. Ignore the paizo reporting site? Or stick with 2 pp no matter what?

2) Slow or Normal. Scenario: Play 2 scenarios at normal (2 xp) then play a Module (+3 xp = 5 xp.) Choose Slow for 1st level. Do I convert the 3 xp to (1 xp + 2/2 xp = 2 xp) or leave it at 3 and apply each event at 1/2 xp for the remaining of 1st level.

The GM receives maximum prestige, i.e. 2 for a scenario, 4 for a module, or 1 for a free RPG day module. It's not dependent on what the players got. The bug in the reporting system where it always gives 2 PP is a known issue, but is low priority to address. Your chronicle sheets are your primary record.

You can only switch between normal and slow track when you reach the exact number of XP needed to level up, i.e. a multiple of 3.

If you jump straight from 2 XP to 5 XP due to being on the normal track and playing a module, you have to play your next adventure at normal track too. If that's a scenario, taking you up to 6 XP, you could switch to the slow track then.

1) The Chronicle is king, not the website. The GM can not get more or less prestige than the module/scenario provide.

2) Slow/Normal must be chosen in whole level increments. If you go slow for a level and get 2 XP for two scenario and then play a module that give 1 1/2, you now have 3 1/2 XP meaning you gain a level and already have 1/2 XP into the next level. This new level also must be played at slow progression due to the carry over of 1/2 XP played at slow from the module.
