Unable to Add Products to Shopping Cart After Purchasing a Subscription

I have successfully purchased products from the website in the past.

This week, I purchased the Pathfinder Adventure Path Ongoing Subscription.

Since that time, I can no longer add old content to the Shopping Cart. The 'Add Print Edition:' and 'Add PDF Edition' are no longer links - they are unclickable text.

As an example, all of the Curse of the Crimson Throne modules now do not seem to have a way to be added to my cart. However, the Pathfinder: Curse of the Crimson Throne Player's Guide (OGL) still has working 'Add Print Edition' and 'Add PDF' links.

There is an active 'Subscribed' link under the otherwise inactive 'Add...' text. However, that link takes me to the My Subscriptions page which does not seem to have any way to add older content.

I have tried this in both Chrome and IE, it acts the same in both.

I have looked through the Subscription FAQ and not found anything that seems relevant.

For reference, I also purchased the Pathfinder Campaign Setting Ongoing Subscription and now legacy Pathfinder Chronicles products do not work. Further, I purchased Pathfinder Modules Ongoing Subscriptions and now legacy Pathfinder Modules are also inaccessible.

Help would be appreciated.

I am having the exact same problem. I just posted about it. Didn't see this before posting.

Just checked after reading this, and I got the same problem (firefox).


Looks like it may be related to anything someone has a subscription to. I could order a book but am not able to add a past issue of an AP

This bug has been fixed. On the plus side, we now show "subscribed" if you're looking at a subscription you already have.
