Is there a way to boost Will without feats of traits?

Is there a way to boost will without using feats or traits?

1) increase wisdom.
2) take levels in classes with Will as a good save.
3) buy magical items that increase will save (cloak of resistance, etc.)
3) cast spells that give bonuses to will saves. (usually dependant on what will effect you are trying to escape)

In reference to Selgard's point #4, protection from evil and remove fear are probably the most prominent low-level examples.

Also - hang out near the bard or cavalier; sometimes that helps.
