While it's recommended that you play them in order, you may play the First Steps scenarios in any order. You also need to be Level 1 to play them, so your character can't play any of them once he or she reaches Level 2.
You may also replay each First Steps scenario as many times as you have characters who are of legal level to play them (as mentioned above, Level 1), but each character that plays them may not receive credit for playing the same one more than once.

With a few exceptions, PFS scenarios can be performed in any order, even if linked.
