I've been using the Alpha of ver2 of Perram's Spellbook to make spell cards for most of the RotRL casters. Slowly working through the AP, only up to Book 3 at the moment.
Since it's online anyway - being stored in my dropbox - I thought I'd throw this up here in case anyone wanted to save themselves 30 seconds.

Notes:
Xanesha gets double cards due to spell-like abilities and some domains. A few other domain spells are missing as well, not being included in the cleric lists.
Two characters (both clerics) have cat's grace which is no longer a cleric spell, so I've substituted bear's endurance instead.
