Bolts of Bedevilment and other Campaign Setting domain spells

Hello.

In regards to the Madness domain, one level 5 spell is presented in the PF Core Rulebook while another is presented in the PF Campaign Setting. Did the PFCR update the domains from the PFCS book? Or are the ones in the PFCS simply alternatives? And for that matter, is there any official word on which materials and supplements "overwrite" others?

The Pathfinder Chronicles Campaign Setting hard cover was printed before the Core Rule Book came out. Any differences should go to the Core Rule Book.

The Chronicles Campaign Setting has also been Revised as the Inner Sea World Guide.

So I take it that the spells that used to be available only through domains have been effectively removed?
