Undetectable Alignment spells and Cleric Auras

Rules Questions

Quick question regarding the Undetectable Alignment spell and was wondering how it interacted with a Cleric's Aura.

The example I have in my game is one of the players in my current campaign is a Lawful Neutral cleric of Zon-Kuthon (a Lawful Evil deity). He (and I) wants to know if Undetectable Alignment masks the Aura or just his own alignment, the latter meaning that he would still show up under someone examining him with a Detect Law or Detect Evil spell.

I'm inclined to lean towards the latter (as it is the deities Alignment being pushed through the Cleric, regardless of the Cleric's actual alignment), but I can't find anything that would say definitively which way it would go in this case.

Undetectable alignment masks a cleric's aura. The aura changes how a cleric registers to detect alignment spells. Undetectable Alignment prevents the target from detecting at all. It's like putting on a disguise, then casting Invisibility.
