[Mechanics Question]: Explain Dervish Dancer please!

Rules Questions

So here is my simple question. The dervish dancer, seen here: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/bard/archetypes/paizo---bard-a rchetypes/dervish-dancer

So you can do a battle dance, which consists of one of three stances: inspire courage, inspire heroics, or inspire greatness. IE, the DD just groups those 'performances' into one category called battle dances because they only effect himself.

So, then as the DD gains levels, he unlocks things that replace other performances and state, "while battle dancing, you can yaddy-yadda." They don't outright say it, but does this mean that:

While I am battle dancing inspire courage on myself, I can: apply rain of blows at level 6, and apply razor's edge at level 8, and so on, all while maintaining one performance/battle dance?

The confusing part to me is fleet of wind requires a standard action to maintain.. this could imply that I must declare my battle dance of 'razor's edge' and I only gain that specific bonus.

Please help, this is so confusing! Also.. first post!

Like bardic performance, it cannot be maintained at the same time as other performance abilities.

Rain of Blows, Razors edge, Inspire Courage .. these are all battle dances.

Fleet is a special ability that is usable while you are battledancing. You get a bonus to your landspeed as long as you are battledancing.
