Unless there is some buried FAQ answer somewhere, there is no solution to this question.
I believe James Jacobs was quoted in his question thread as having said it was most likely an oversight that there is no "extra ninja trick" feat.
By RAW, you cannot take the "Extra Rogue Talent" feat since the prequisite is to have Rogue Talents as a class ability.
Still, from most of the threads I've seen, most GMs seem to hand-wave it and allow Ninjas to take the "Extra Rogue Talent" feat to get more Ninja Tricks.
So...talk to your GM. If you're playing PFS, though, you're most likely out of luck since I believe that, for now, abides by the RAW rule on this.
and hey if I am wrong then-

The Player Companion Blood of Shadows contains Extra Ninja Trick, so you can take that instead.

"Rogue Talent" (italicized) is a Ninja Trick that allows you to select an actual Rogue Talent (no italics).
So you choose the feat "Extra Ninja Trick (Rogue Talent)".
You can choose it multiple times, and you don't need the Rogue Talent class feature to do it.
