Scenario list

Pathfinder Society

Silver Crusade 3/5

Is there a site I can download the complete list of scenarios for pathfinder society so I can check them off with my character and know which ones are still undone? We also want to print up a huge chart at the shop we play in order to see which toons haven't done certain scenarios so we can get enough to play that particular one.

Register (top-right corner) and sign in here and you'll never use anything else again.

Online-only, though. You can use it to work out which scenarios are the best to run.

Hey Lab Rat - I clicked and it is now a bad link...

2 people marked this as a favorite.

I have a form-fillable adventure checklist at the PFS Prep site.

It's under the "Other" forum at the bottom of the GM Shared Prep forum page. Double sided with scenarios on the front and other PFS compatible adventures on the back. I try to keep it updated monthly.

Thx, very useful

Would it be useful to have this done as separate sheets for each year?

That way when new ones are published it would not be necessary to remark the entire sheet.

If enough people are interested I will see what I can do.

I may have to end up making it three pages soon. I can only shrink the text so small.

I can put together a one sheet per season version, sure. Lemme see what I can work up.

At this point we probably only need something put up for Y7 when it concludes, unless somehow they decide to add in stuff for previous years.

What would be really neat is an XLS, that way the stuff added could be copied out and added in without having to remark the whole sheet.

It would be a good solution for the Modules page also (and the rest).
The only fly would be people without XL would be out of luck.

Maybe I will convert yours to XL and export it as a delimited file.
That way those without XL would still have something usable, and those with could still import it?

Good idea?

Google docs has a spreadsheet that works in browsers. It doesn't have tons of bells and whistles but it can do what you want.

Not familiar with it. Do you have to be in the internet to use it, or can it be used offline?

Grand Lodge 5/5

Generally, I believe you can download google sheets for offline use, but they work better online. (They tend to be pretty limited in functionality, but they work and can be shared easily)

I'm not sure about using offline, tbh its been a long time since I was somewhere with a device and no connection, but I know they print just fine.

Silver Crusade

OK, I have all the scenarios in XLS up to Y6.
Have not done the Modules, and other Adventures not tied to a year, but will eventually.
What I need is a way to get them to someone to do Q/A, then put them up so others can use them.

Any takers?

Here is a publicly shareable version of the list I use.

It would be great if the pdf had boxes for both PC credit and GM credits.

Michael -

There are two problems I see with this one.
1) There is no check box to indicate the module has been played.
I suppose once this is downloaded a column could be added by the user for this purpose.
2) All the adventures are on one sheet. This means when new ones are added and the XLS is downloaded again the check box column will need to be added in and a mark for all the adventures played will also have to be added in. That is a lot.

What I have done is make a separate file for each year, with the check box already added. That way when new adventures for the year are created only the check box for that year will have to be manipulated.

If anyone is interested, let me know how to get these to you.
If there is not much enthusiasm for this idea I will just keep these for my own use.

P.S. Editing...
On further examination I see there is a blank column D. So that invalidates my comment 1). Comment 2) is still valid though.

I was more providing it as a jumping off point for people to pull scenario info, since it was mentioned only season 6 and no modules/APs had been done.

To address your comment #2, just insert rows where appropriate and add new scenario info.

Regardless, do what works for you! I have my own system to which I don't expect anybody else to conform. :)
