So Does a GM has to assign which character gets the GM credit straight away? (after GMing a senario.)

And what can I do if a game I GMed (but I'm not the organizer.) got reported without the credit being assign to a character of mine?

Yes, you are supposed to choose a character you want to apply your GM credit to when you turn your sign in sheet to your coordinator.

Notify your coordinator of the mistake/change. They can correct it so it will report correctly.

Short answer for the first question is yes.

On the second question, contact the coordinator and he or she can go back and make the appropriate change.

Will do. Thanks!

1 more question. Can I NOT claim any GM credit for a scenario? And claim it only when I run it again at some later date?

I was under the impression you could hold off assigning it if you didn't have a character in teh proper range.

Grolick, you cannot hold off assigning your credit, but you can choose not to take the credit. If you don't have a character in range, you can assign it to one that is too low and take the credit when they reach the first possible level, or you can simply not assign it at all and wait until you run it again at a later date.

You assign the chronicle straight away. You apply it when the PC reaches the minimum level of the adventure's range.

Yes. Linking a Chronicle sheet to a specific character and adding the Chronicle sheet to that character's stack of sheets are two different things.
