Hi there just wanting to check can a crature with multiple attacks and the Grab special rule grapple more than 1 person a turn?

yes, multiple grab limbs make establishing a grapple on multiple targets easy, the problem is in maintaining a grapple.
there are ways to change/reduce the action for that, but most multi-attack grab monster don't have those means.
if you don't have those means (which don't let you maintain vs. unlimited targets, usually just 1 or maybe 2 more),
then maintain (necessary to pin) is limited to just one target per round...
so most people simply don't try to maintain per se, but just re-initiate a grab from the start with a full attack.
if the monster is taking the -20 option to not be grappled themself (or doesn't need to take the penalty, e.g. kraken),
then they do have the advantage of being able to take AoOs while grappling other target(s),
AoOs which can initiate a grab vs. further targets...
(the maintain issue still exists, and the re-grab strategy still usually makes sense)

Yeah the best strategy for a monster which has multiple grab + constrict attacks is to
attack + free action grapple check to deal constrict dmg -> release and then do it over again.

So a Froghemoth for example if it hits with all attacks and succeeds at all grapple checks, does bite dmg + 4x tentacle dmg +4 times constriction dmg + tongue dmg on a single target.
