Wow, I just followed the Aliases, and put 2 and 2 together. He really made a PFS character like that?
One thing that might help is if people uses trait (race). So its much clearer.

Also, I don't know the specifics of this character, but drow-related material is generally not included in Additional Resources and therefore not legal for play.
