The Internet Archive (archive.org) is an awesome repository of awesomeness.
They archive old websites, in addition to hosting lots of content that has no other home.
In the case of the Dragon, Dungeon and Polyhedron magazines, however, it seems that they did not have license to host them, and they've since been removed.

On a related note, has anyone made, or does anyone have a PDF checklist of all Dragon Magazine issues (or Dungeon Magazine, or both)? I need to go through my collection and see what I have, I was thinking I should make a list. Then I thought, somebody probably has made a checklist that I could download and check off boxes for the issues I own. Did a quick search and found nothing, so I figured I'd ask here at the messageboards. I'm new to the messageboards, so I apologize if this is posted in the wrong spot on the boards. (How does one start a new thread? Couldn't figure it out...)
