Sorry if this has been asked before. I tried searching, but didn't see anything...
In most heroic fantasy you are the hero. Although there may be character flaws and such the main character is generally considered the good guy.
With PFO depending on a lot of player generated conflict - do you expect a lot of people to play evil?
For myself I generally play an honorable, basically good character. I can't imagine being a robber, assassin, or tyrant.
What kind of character will you play?

What I expect is a lot of people to play evil and have good alts fronting for them, in short gamers will figure out how the alignment system works and game it to the max.

I like the morally-grey, bordering on evil. Or what I like to call Constructive Evil, or CE for short. ;) I'm envisioning a sort of Tyrant-in-waiting, but with a strict code of conduct and not a complete douche.
In this game, however, I keep getting the sense that evil is more a measure of how much you enjoy PKing paladins, so I suspect my evil character will probably be LG or something.

Ceteris parabis, I would expect Evil to outnumber Good by about 2 to 1.
Ryan is doing a lot of things to tamp down random Evil, and he's expressed an opinion that most player characters will end up Chaotic Good. I'm inclined to think he's pretty smart about these things, so he'll probably be right.
