Demon game...

Homebrew and House Rules

i want to have a game where the players become more demonic after a while.
this whole world is centered around demon fighting. the humans want to kill the demons and the gods so that they can controll this world entirely. the demons want to kill the humans to save themselves and maybe later the players can choose to kill the demons humans and the gods...the players were in a arena where they were raised in slave like conditions to make them better fighters after about three years of fighting together..they have to fight their first demon. the demon offers them a better life where they wont be treated like dogs... the players agree to join sides with the demon the demon knocks the players out and pulls them through a portal into a world created by one of the orriginal "summoners" in this game... the players agree to help kill the humans so that they may obtain great power they ditch all thier old weapons and armor...

what i was thinking (this was suggested by a co-gm and one of the players) is have one of the demons parading as one of the armor/ weapons given to the players...
we wanted to give them armor and weapons that do a couple things.
1) make it good enough armor/weapons to where they dont need to get new ones..
2)have it lvl with the players... see above reason..
3)have the demons "spy" on the players...
4)make the players more demonic..

by end game the players will be half or more demon... any advice will be helpfull..

for now the armor that i was thinking was somehting like ...

light +2 armor 10% spell failure 15 lbs
heaver +5 armor 25% spell failure 25 lbs

not sure if any enchantment would be put on it or if it would just give them the resistances that the demons get.

If your characters are starting at first level then it might be easiest to have them be either Synthesist Summoners or Bladebound Magus'. Both have armor and weapons given by an outside source that scale with level.

the player/co-dm is me and one thing count stated in the begining was he wanted us to stay as far away from magic as posible. the reason being is in this world the humans that first brought demons and humans together in one creature basicly created a mass murdering creature that couldnt be controlled and left the world, along with them they took their knoledge of arcane magic, and the only ones they dint take were eather considered failed experiments or to weak to matter
