Good stuff all around. I read both new articles, and just got finished listening to Episode 2. I liked hearing all the view points. As a future shady and suspicious fellow, looks like Ill be having some fun/misfortune from both Andius and Mbando's bunch. Bluddwolf, awesome job brother. Its always about the money!
Of note, I also like the idea of actually hearing folks on the Gobbocast. It helps put a voice to the forum personality, which is kinda cool.

Rock drills and unit cohesion!! Love it!
Srsly. I talked tonight to one of the young Lts. from that TBS company, and he is currently training his brand newb infantrymen as part of a work-up for deployment this summer. But it wasn't so long ago I was watching him and other baby Lts. struggle to move from a column to get online under 2 minutes.

It will be interesting to see whether or not battle space tactics and procedures will actually have an impact of in-game warfare. I could see a possibility for a maneuver commander type skillset, as well as targeting acquisition when it comes to field artillery / siege combat.
But yes, I find myself having to hold my tongue around butter bars and rethinking the "hey jackass what the hell do you think you are doing!?" mentality to teach the young officers while not being disrespectful. My S-3 said it best...
"He may have a college degree and still be as sharp as a spoon, but one day he'll be a Battery commander and you may be his platoon sergeant or 1SG, he'll only learn to make better decisions if YOU teach him."
I replied, "Roger that, sir. Did I mention I was dropping my warrant packet?"
We got a good laugh about it, but it opened my eyes to how different the worlds of junior NCOs and senior NCOs really is.
I'd actually love to pick your brain sometime in regards to battle space management and maneuver. I'm MLRS/HIMARS so Armor is greek to me.

I had a great time during the interview, thanks for the invitation. I enjoyed Mbando's segment and it was interesting how we have some of the same concerns. But, more importantly, we all seem to have the same desire.
PFO is shaping up to be an awesome game, with an excellent community. I can say this with a certain amount of confidence, based on my experience with many, many MMOs over the past 10 years.
