Download stopping

I'm trying to download the Inner Sea Campaign setting book from my downloads page (~240mbs) and the download keeps stopping at random points during the download with no option to resume (the farthest I got was ~100 MBs). I tried using multiple web browser and downloading programs to try and solve this issue, but have been unable to discover a solution.

Is there an alternative way or location to obtain this file from how that I have purchased the PDF file? Or is there any know resolution to this issue?

This sounds like it may have been a connectivity issue. There doesn't appear to be an issue with the setup of that product. My suggestion would be to attempt to download again and let it try to finish. If there are any error messages that you receive in the process, please let us know.

I've attempted to download it ~50 times at this point between the 4 available files. All downloads have been successful. The download registers as 'complete', so I cannot resume it, but it does not contain all of the file information. Like I said above, the farthest I got was ~100 megs into the download process.

I've tried it on 4 different web browser to see if it was the browsers' download manager that was messing it up, but it was unsuccessful.

I haven't had any other connectivity issues on this PC. I was able to successfully download the Varisia, Birthplace of Legends book without any significant issues yesterday, and am getting 20-30 MBPs download from Steam.

The only thing that has been presenting a problem is the ISWG, and as I said above I've tried downloading all 4 variations of the book at this point to no avail.

I've successfully downloaded your watermarked files for that book in both the regular and lite versions, and had no problems. We can't identify any issues on our end, and no other users have complained of this issue, so my very best guess is that there's a connectivity issue at your end. Can you try it from a different network?

I was able to download it by connecting through a different network, thanks for the suggestion ^_^
