We paticipated in the kickstarter. How do we get the goblin squad icon? We haven't gotten an email on this.
Typically takes about one month for all the payments to be processed.

Those of us that have currently got it from the last Kickstarter. There should be a poll being sent out in the next few weeks to link you kickstarter pledge to your fourm account.
To expand on what Elorebaen said, once the process is completed, it will be added to your forum account based on email addresses (I believe).

@Bitter Thorn - the account you used for the Kickstarter has to have the same email as the account you used for your paizo.com account, or you need to contact customer.service@paizo.com to get a claim code. When you use the Pledge Manager tool you'll tag your paizo.com account with bling. But the Pledge Manager tool is not functional at the moment so you should wait until you are told it is safe to use.
If you used the Pledge Manager tool last January, the bling should be appearing.

Do we know the current status of the Pledge Manager?
I think we used one of Diane's many many email addresses for the kickstarter. Would it be helpful if she changed her Paizo email to the same one we used for the kickstarter?

I was working with Costumer Support, but they ended send me t Costumer Service... waiting a reponse by now

See, I´m at a Limbo state actually.
I could vote on Land Rush and being marked as Eraly Enrollment on goblinworks.
But here in paizo, I have the order from minis and Emerald Spire, but not the downloads and the forum title.
As long I don't bored about the title, the missing downloads are freaking boring me. And the concern that I won't recieve the in-games bonus when it launched. The lack of response of e-mails is disturbing.
With you being marked for Early Enrollment on GW's site, I believe you will have no worries about getting the in-game bonus when launched.
As for the stuff associated with your Paizo account, all I can say is keep trying.
I still have almost the exact same problem as Kemedo, except the downloads do show up at the top as unavailable.

I had those too, but none of the PDF Super PACK.
We did my SO as the primary and she invited me, but i don't have the GS icon. Is this right, or do I need to work a solution?
If you were invited, and accepted the invitation through the pledge manager you should have the icon. If the only part you completed was the invitation and acceptance from goblinworks.com you will not.
What could we do for have this issue fixed?

I'm in the same boat. Sent an email to Customer Support, and no word as yet.
Is there a paizo costumer service? Uhm, I just sent e-mail to GW one i guess...
customer.service@paizo.com, customer.support@goblinworks.com. Although we know customer.service@goblinworks.com works as well, as Ryan reported having tested it.
As Kemedo knows, his problem is that his transfer from the Pledge Manager was fouled up, and requires a deep investigation by a combined team of Paizo an Goblinworks engineers, which is going to happen as soon as we can arrange to get all the required people in a room with time to do the diagnosis.
Yeah, it sounds like at least Kemedo and I have the same problem.
We should form a club, guys.
