Feral Gnasher bite

Rules Questions

Am I correct in assuming that the feral gnasher barbarian only ever gets a single attack with its bite, despite its BaB, due to it being a natural attack? ie: no iteratives?

So an 11th level gnasher with a chair can attack 3 times, at +11/+6/+1 plus a bite at +6
The same gnasher using just his bite, only gets a single attack at +11?

I was figuring the attack like a normal weapon attack at first, including iteratives, then realized natural attacks work different. So wanted to make sure. Was working up a goblin barbarian that just ran around biting stuff and mostly ignoring the improvised weapon side of things, but this revelation sorta hobbles that.

The summoner/eidolon rules give the eidolon an iterative attack if it has a single natural attack at level 9 when it gains Multi-Attack, is this just a specific summoner rule, or is there such a method for other critters with single natural attacks?

You are correct. Feral gnashers are much more focused on grappling than on full round attacking. Ideally you would charge>bite>grab>maintain grapple.

You can get in a fair number of bite attacks per round between succesful maintain grapple checks and barbarian rage power to bite every time you attempt a grapple.

Does that mean that Animal fury can be used multiple times a round?

for example a lvl 9 feral Gnasher with Greater Grapple and Rapid Grappler
could get 6 bite attacks if starting the turn grappling

1) Move action to maintain, Animal fury bite #1. If successful: regular bite attack #2 [normal grapple rules]

2)Move action to make another grapple check, Animal fury bite #3. If successful: regular bite attack damage #4 [greater grapple feat]

3)Swift action to make another grapple check, Animal fury bite #5. If successful: regular bite attack damage #6 [rapid grappler feat]

Yep, you can get the animal fury bite with every grapple check. Unfortunately you can't gain a bite attack when you already have a bite attack, or rather if you gain a bite attack while raging from animal fury, you have to pick which effect to take when you rage, your natural bite or the animal fury bite. If you choose for animal fury to override your bite, then you lose the whole point behind the feral gnasher archtype.

Sadly, you may be a better bitey goblin barbarian grappler without the archtype.
Grab is nice though.

Grand Lodge

No natural attack can be used more than once per turn.

You can attack with all natural attacks on a full attack, but none extra are gained via high BAB.
