I wanted to make sure I was using this right. Draconic bloodline arcana adds +1 to damage of a spell for each die rolled. Does this mean the damage only goes to one person of my choosing?
Aoe spell (the easy one I think):
ice storm - 5d6 + 5 to everyone in the area because damage is done all at once
multi target:
first scorching ray 4d6+4
second scorching ray just 4d6
what about multi round:
frostfall round 1 - 2d6 + 2
frostfall round 2 - 1d6 + 3? or just +1 since it already did an extra 2?
frostfall round 3 - 1d6 + 4? or just +1 since it already did an extra 3?
It adds to the damage total of the power.
Using your examples:
Ice Storm is 5d6+5 to everyone.
Scorching Ray is 4d6+4 for each ray.
Frostfall is 2d6+2 first round and 1d6+1 each round after.
