The Lycanthrope rules state that Wolfsbane can give an extra save against Lycanthropy.
What type of Wolfsbane is this referring to? There is a Wolfsbane poison costing 500gp each, and a Wolfsbane plant cost 5sp each.

Given that the poison is likely a concentrated version and has a very negative effect, I would think that the plant is the correct item for getting the extra save. I could see the poison giving an extra save, too, but... using it that way would be dangerous.
