Question about using magic (Flame Oracle Build)

Rules Questions

I've been playing both WotC D&D and Pathfinder for a few years now, so I'm not a newbie to the game at all, but I mostly play Rogues, Gunslingers, or some kind of fighting class. About a week ago we started a new game and unlike the other ones, this one seems to be a long term game, or at least I hope. And as such I decided to play something new, a spell caster. In particular an Oracle with the Flame Mystery. Since I have never actually played a spell caster before I have a question that I hope someone can help me with.

Since I picked the Flame Mystery I already know that in the coming levels I will start to get more and more flame type spells that I can cause destruction with. Which is perfectly fine but looking through some of the spells in the later levels I noticed that it includes those which fall into the Ice or Cold "domain". What I wanted to know is if I could still use these spells because I remember someone saying a while ago that a spellcaster couldn't use anything that was opposed to their domain. Since, as an Oracle I don't technically HAVE a domain (my spell casting ability doesn't come from a Deity, or even the Divine, it comes from Spirits since I took the Possessed archetype), if this was A.) True and B.) if it applies to me. Thanks

An Oracle never has to worry about any Domains, or Domain rules(I have no idea where you got the "opposed" domain stuff from), and can select any Cleric spell.

Spells noted as gained from a Domain are things you cannot choose, unless they are base Cleric spells.

Basically, if you look at the spell, and it say something like "Cleric 3", you can choose it.
