Its only a problem if they are of the same "type".
And the Ring of Foe Focus gives an untyped bonus, so it stacks with everything.
Neither seem to have a type, so I was wondering if feats are assumed to be granting some sort of feat bonus unless otherwise specified. As I am under the impression that Untyped bonuses do not stack with other Untyped bonuses.

Yes. They do stack.
Iron Will/Lightning Reflexes/Great Fortitude provide a +2 bonus to Will/Reflex/Fortitude saves.
Ring of Foe Focus (when "foe focused") provides a +2 bonus to her AC and saving throws.
And then this tidbit here from the glossary, under bonus
Bonuses without a type always stack, unless they are from the same source.

shut down by ninjas...Generally, feats provide a untyped bonus. There's no such thing as a feat bonus (except maybe in third party content, and I hope there isn't.)

This is why untyped bonuses are meant to be low in numeric value and/or more difficult to obtain.
