I have now read 209 archetypes it seems. I am so tired now, but thought I'd do my usual yearly mega post...
The list now follows to help everyone find examples and to provide a first stop check point that their archetype isn't already done across the current rules books at time of posting.
Things to note:
a) some links jump to the archetype, some to the page it's on, so you might need to scroll down to find it (I got tired :P)
b) it's alphabetised as much as my tired brain can handle
c) only PRD archetypes are listed, the previous superstar entries are not in this list, so you will need to check against both.
Hope you find it useful - please dont interrupt by posting here until after the last link is posted - it's a mega big list :)

I am the only one I know to achieve breaking the forum thread posting tool - last year, I had to split my round 1 template thread as the forums died when trying to post it in one go. Neil has yet to manage this I believe :D

Thank you :)

hmm... now to wrack my brain trying to give as many of the archetypes that i totally haven't made already (i'm still in denial) good J,X,Y, or Z names... before i throw them all out after the twist is announced

No, it was actually memories of watching the All Creatures Great and Small where the country vets hand was slowly going up the rear end a cow, right up to the elbow, to turn the calf that was in breach birth position.
Jacob, I can see an X-man archetype being an archetype of the synthesist summoner archetype.
Which begs the question... Meta-archetypes?

The description of each class listed at d20pfsrd.com/classes also has a list of all Paizo archetypes for that class. The list of archetypes (separated into non-racial archetypes and racial archetypes by race) appears near the bottom of the page for each class. EDIT: Not to take anything away from Anthony's amazing efforts in this thread, of course. Having a compiled list right here on the Paizo forums is a great boon for everyone.

Ok, so I don't crash the server on the last day, I'll post up the archetypes A thru D in the new format and then post the rest at the weekend... after a few hundred votes :P
If the name of the Archetype is not followed by a type (e.g. Racial), then it is a Standard Archetype.
Where an Archetype is Racial, it is followed by the qualifying race.

This is extremely helpful, geniis work. I actually found two archetypes that share a name with character concepts I've wanted to play - although my characters don't follow those archetypes. Neat to see all those options from different sources. Thanks!
I guess I don't understand what this indexes. For example, there are 10 Barbarian archetypes in the APG that aren't on this list. Referencing this link: http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/advanced/coreClasses/barbarian.html
Sorry if this was explained inline, but I couldn't find it. No big deal, but I'm concerned this contest makes assumptions I'm not aware of.

I'm only about half way through typing it all up, so posted where I was at so you could see I hadn't forgotten. By Saturday, all 200+ archetypes I could find on the PRD will be linked from the one list.
It provides everyone with a one place handy dandy link so they can check their design space, see what's out there and can go straight to the pages they need to see.

Got it thanks for the explanation and the hard work!

The complete list should now be below as at 22nd December 2012. I have also added in italics, some linkage to prior years entries in RPG Superstar.
Do shout from now on if you spot a broken link or anything else that needs fixing.
I hope you find this useful for the coming round,
Anthony.
Index to Pathfinder Archetypes 2012
Please note the following when reading this list:
The archetype name jumps to the relevant archetype in the PRD/Paizo Superstar forums. Some links jump straight to the archetype, some jump to the page it is on, so some scrolling is needed on some links.
If the name of the Archetype is not followed by "Racial" and a race name, then it is a Standard Archetype.
Where an Archetype is Racial, it is followed by the qualifying race. The word racial links to the relevant races part of the PRD whereas the race name goes to the detail for that race.
This is an awesome list and reference. Thank you for all the work. It's pretty stunning to see them all collated. But, I think there are still more for the core classes....check the APG :)

>.< Search on archetype didn't piuck those up - they didnt have (Archetype) in the name or section >.<
One more thing you might consider adding is a link to the PFSRD entry for each class. That will also help people reference the other Paizo archetypes that are not in the PRD as well as some of the third party archetypes. They also have a pretty genius table that shows which abilities have been swapped out or changed for each archetype. Here's a link to the Alchemist page as an example. You'll need to scroll to the bottom to see the archetypes.
Given the nature of the Round 2 assignment, I'd definitely suggest people check out some of the archetypes from sources like the Inner Sea Primer and Inner Sea Magic. These are not in the PRD, but have great examples of the regional flavor that is part of the assignment.

Here you go, cleric and wizard weren't affected as the former didn't link to any archetypes, just lots of sub-domains and the latter similarly listed schools.
I have added back the bloodlines for sorcerers for completeness - but do note for the archetype round, bloodlines are not archetypes.

he he, I save up some spare days of unused holiday every year and treat myself to a week of superstar when it starts.
I'm also a bit of a night owl, so rather than veg out in front of the telly, I'm always tinkering with my campaigns, preparing for game nights, reading these forums and so on.
This one wasn't so tough, the hardest part was finding all the links (there's about 15% text and 85% link text in the post >.<). I simply thought to myself, "I wish there was one simple index to the archetypes", et voila, now there is :)
Thank you very much. This is great information. An issue is that the archetypes not on the PRD ie Tattooed Sorcerer from Inner Sea Magic are not included.

Sorry I didn't mention it earlier.
Yeah, I can't link to non PRD'd sources, but hopefully the list is still useful as a launching point :(
