I'm a little resistant to change, and I dislike the idea of using the Pathfinder Changeling when the Eberron Changeling has what I want.
So, to tap the creativity of this forum again, give me your ideas on how I should use the Eberron Changeling stats (since Corporations and Individuals can't sue over game rules) but not call them Changelings but something else.

Are you looking for something akin to a scientific academic name(like that of the pathfinder changeling) or something like a street/common name (hagborn to continue the example)?
Something(s) like both. :) As long as it doesn't sound like I'm giving WotC a reason to come after me with a spoon. LOL!

Ganger makes me think Gang-er, not (dopple)'ganger.
My group has used custom Eberron-style changelings since before the ARG, so I was personally considering just renaming the PF changelings "Hagborn."
I got it from a Doctor Who episode, but I think Hagborn is pretty good. Maybe Half-Hags, if they ARE hagborn. Half Doppelganger doesn't have the same ring to it.

I like Switchers, Greylings, Faceless, and Mirrormen.

Well, I'm away for the holidays and don't have the polished version, but it looked something like:
- +2 to any ability score
- low-light vision
- +2 racial bonus on Bluff and Sense Motive checks: Changelings are inherently skilled in deception.
- Natural Linguist: Linguistics is always a class skill
- Minor Change Shape (Su): Changelings have the supernatural ability to alter their appearance as though using an alter self spell that affects their bodies but not their possessions or physical statistics. Using this ability is a full-round action. A changeling can use this ability at will, and the alteration lasts until he changes shape again. A changeling reverts to his natural form when killed. A heal check can be made to detect a changeling while performing first aid or other medical care.

I'd rename the eberron changelings after the Mujina. The Noppera-bō (the creature the mujina is often mistaken for) would be more accurate but I think Paizo already used them in one of the Jade Regent adventures.
The mujina, on the other hand, already have a history in D&D. They've been around since AD&D's Known World and Mystara settings where they were a shapeshifting race of humanoids with tremendous strength (they were described as being able to dual wield two-handed swords.) Given the base monster's Japanese origins, they'd fit perfectly into Golarion's Tian Xia next to the kitsune and vishkanya.
There's a website I frequent with the old Mystara monstrous compendium info for the mujina, but I won't link to it because it breaks forum rules. It isn't too hard to find if you go looking.
