We just cleared $200,000 in pledges for the Kickstarter. What a couple of days in terms of momentum shifting!
Yesterday our friends at Reaper Miniatures sent an email to the backers of their Bones Kickstarter to tell them about Pathfinder Online. That email will be a part of the lore of Pathfinder Online forever due to how it moved the needle.
We have been hard at work on a series of major campaign updates that we're going to start announcing tomorrow. So keep checking the Kickstarter page to see all the new stuff as soon as it goes live!
Our thanks to the community, the backers of the Kickstarter, and a huge THANK YOU to Reaper Miniatures!

I am in the same boat. Reaper minis galore. Enough to last me quite a while.
@Ryan - When you finalized the Reaper deal you could actually upgrade your initial purchase. You could also buy individual pieces that were included in other levels. In addition, people who had not gotten in on the kickstarter could actually buy in to one of the levels at a slightly increased price. This allowed Reaper to expand their earnings and capitalize on the press they received from completing their kickstarter. Have you thought of doing the same kind of thing?

I never saw an option for non kickstarters to buy in on the rewards post completion.
That is what I thought was a great idea on Reapers part. They got new people, that came in after hearing about the kickstarter being successful, to buy in at an increased price point. Non-kickstarters could buy into the $100 price point at ~$140 (I think). It was still a great deal, compared to what they retail for, and an even better deal from Reapers stand point.

@Lab_Rat - for the Tech Demo Kickstarter the higher reward tiers had merchandise that we produced in limited quantities. We did not want to take an inventory risk by buying more than we needed to fulfill the Kickstarter.
The long lead times mean that we can't wait until after the backers have had time to work their way through the process before we produce that stuff, and the cost to make a small number of those items is disproportionate to the cost to make a larger run so we have to make them once and we can't easily produce more later.
Therefore we didn't let people upgrade to get those items.
Reaper of course has the advantage that they aren't making anything until after their fulfillment process completes and they're making a lot of the Bones in their own facilities so they can be very flexible on quantities.
Our fulfillment tool for the Tech Demo did let you upgrade to the printed version of Thornkeep because we are producing enough of those to meet any expected demand.
For this Kickstarter the kinds of upgrades that will be available will depend on all the various bells & whistles that get rolled out before the end and then we'll take a step back and see what we can enable folks to purchase after the project ends.

I know quite a few of the Reaper folks as I live about 2 miles down the road from their HQ. I see them at local grocery stores and various other places gamers go here in Denton. They are indeed good people which is why I go to Reaper Con every Year.
Indeed, Ryan you guys should make some kind of showing at Reaper Con the next two years (and beyond?). We loved having Sean R. down and it's always good to see Pathfinder folks down this way.
Edit: Oh, and I'll make the same offer I made Cliffhanger Productions with Shadowrun Online (they partnered with Reaper for minis). If you do make a showing and have a booth/table or whatever I'll volunteer to help if needed. Again I live 2 miles from the HQ and have a fairly wide open schedule.
