Help needed with Zolurket Mines

Homebrew and House Rules

After reading about Zolurket Mines in Dungeons of Golarion, I have found it to be a very interesting place to use.( Also somewhat similar to my favorite part of Dragon Age Origins.) But alas I don't have the experience to handle such a massive adventure on my own, ergo I have decided to ask the forum for advice on the subject.

(I'll just assume until proven otherwise that the content is copyrighted, so I won't use any of the numbers or names.)

For example how would you handle the size of each part, based on the CR you could start at level 1 or 2 and level once in each zone. So how big should each zone be? What would you do with the zones between the named areas? Would you just quick travel through it with a chance for a random encounter, and what would you do with the names parts that are more of wilderness area?

I would be happy to hear your advice and tips on those subjects, or on any other thing you think would be important in running such an adventure.

Huh. Tried to search if anyone had done anything regarding Zolurket Mines and found this old thread. Figured to bump it even though its almost ancient by now since I wouldn't mind getting answer to these questions since I might or might not end up using it as campaign location xD

Though granted, this seems like thread should have been in advice section instead of suggestions/homebrew one ._.

I had a Zolurket campaign going on the boards here

We started at first level but after a rather long intro with a journey across Katapesh, it looks like the party actually entered the mines at L3. The link hits just before reaching the mine. We did the upper levels and then I kinda ran out of inspiration/free time at the stairs down.
