Does a Courageous Weapon Flat Out Give a Barbarian Strength and Con?

As the title says--

Courageous weapon is only a +1 equivalent and increases all morale bonuses by half the weapon's enhancement bonus. Since raging Strength and Con increases are morale, this seems to mean that a +2 Furious Courageous weapon will increase the barbarian's raging Strength and Con by 2 (or 3 for a +4 Furious Courageous, or +1 Strength and Con for a +1 Courageous). Now, this can give temporary odd stat bonuses, meaning that a +1 Courageous weapon is ridiculous good for someone with odd Strength and Con but does little with even Strength and Con--I know it's been a design choice to not include temporary odd stat bonuses, so is it possible that Courageous was only meant to apply to morale bonuses to rolls, rather than morale bonuses to stats? Clearly by strict Rules As Written you add to Strength and Con, but it seems unintended to me (and also much much too much for a +1 equivalent weapon at the high end, since it's potentially giving the wielder +3 to hit, +3 to damage, +3 to all saves, +3 to all skills even if it doesn't give Strength or Con).

The system rounds down with odd numbers that are halved, and I'm fairly certain you don't count the +1 equivalency of the courageous property as part of that.

A +2 courageous weapon would only give a +1, I think.

Apart from that, yes. It's a morale bonus, so it applies.

You forgot the Furious. Also, it's clear that it applies by strict rules as written, but I'm making a guess that it wasn't rules as intended, since this would make the quality ridiculously overpowered for a high level barbarian while also introducing temporary odd stat bonuses. I'm FAQing for this reason.

A +2 furious courageous weapon makes the weapon's enhancement bonus +4, half of which is applied to the morale bonus, so an additional +2 Str/Con while raging. A +1 furious courageous weapon would only grant a +1 Str/Con.

A +5 furious courageous spell-storing furyborn weapon could store a bull's strength spell (+4 Str), and while raging has a +7 enhancement (granting a +3 Str/Con) until it hits an enemy, then it has a +8 [temporarily] which allows it to grant a +4 Str/Con. Two hits later against the same enemy it will grant a +5 to Str/Con.

Theoretically without end.

I don't think this is broken.
