Hello paizonians,

I'm having two troublesome problems

First is that my unsuspended subscriptions were not been sent yet, i would like to know why, and have them to be sent ASAP.

Second, i'm trying to make a new order to enjoy the wonderful prices of the black Friday, but it turn's out i can't, because the page keep asking my password and going back to the main page in a endless circle. Second, i'm not receiving any discounts from my unsuspended subscriptions.

I would like to know why and have those problems solved before i lose the opportunity to buy with the black Friday prices. Thanks!

I'm experiencing Morius's second problem. I have a large order pending, but when I go to "Proceed to Checkout" I get asked my password again.

I would like to make these purchases with the Black Friday pricing. Anything that can be done to fix this in a timely manner would be appreciated.

With regards to the first issue, I'm not sure what was holding the order up, but I get it shipped out to you as soon as possible.

As for the second issue, we are still looking into it.

I have experienced the same difficulty as Nebten and Darklord's second issue since Thursday. I tried removing some items such as the ROTRL anniversary edition in case the pre-order status was proving an issue but to no avail.

I then thought perhaps the checkout was down due to the store being closed, which seemed strange given the sale was on and this effectively removed the opportunity to get the sale items.

I wondered if it was a short term problem and tried multiple times each day from Thursday to Sunday but no joy. Tried again today now you are back open but it remains inaccessible.

I not only get returned back to my password login, on some occassions as happens with Nebten but it took me back to your homepage on random occassions such as happened with Darklord - I suppose that was just a tease as it had the black friday blog showing.

Anyway any light you could shed on this would be appreciated.
