Hardening Spell

Does this spell stack with itself? Can I cast it repetitively on an item and make it effectively invulnerable?

i would say no

Spells that provide bonuses or penalties on attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and other attributes usually do not stack with themselves.

since that is the general rule for spell effects, and the spell itself doesn't say anything about being an exception to that rule, i don't think it would work.
