A few long awaited updates for the GM tracking system and data entry system.
1) Scenario #46: Eyes of Ten, Part 1, now awards 2 GM star credits due to being a double length scenario. If you have GMed it, the extra point for it should already be added. I checked and the few times I have run #46 has credited and extra star so you should be good to go.
2) Beginner Box Demos, Kid's Track, and GM 101 sessions will be added to the list of reportable events. These will each reward one GM star credit. These should hopefully be added early next week.

Will we be able to post older events? Like the beginner box bash event?

If you are referring to Kyle Baird, he has been demoted to 1 star. :-). Edited to read correctly. Thanks for letting me know.

Any chance of the Gen Con Demos being added?
Those are the Beginner Box Demos.
No, I meant those of us that ran it at GenCon this year given credit for it?
Yes.

Is this something only for major conventions (past or future)? Or, if I assembled a group of children locally and ran them through Kids' Track, could I report it? What do I actually need to report? They won't have PFS numbers or anything like that, of course.

These can be run anywhere. We are adding them to the tracking system so those who volunteer their time can be rewarded with a point toward their GM star rating.
You could always assign them numbers. But, you can also enter the info as normal, with your number as GM, and with no players for the event, similar to the overseer GM of a special.

Thanks Mike - I recently ran the 1st Eot10 adventure & was hovering on the cusp of my 4th star [99 credited tables]. Checking now I see that I have credit for 100. Hooray!! However, no 4th star showing. Perhaps the update isn't yet linked to the star system?

These have all been added now thanks to the work of our awesome IT team!

Mike I am going to report out Beginner Box Bash, quick question, a few if us ran all 4 Demos that day. Do I report 4 Games for them or just 1 for the Event?

Edit: Or should I base it on Slots?
I would suspect that it would consider one BBB being a full set of all 4 demos, just like were needed to obtain one of the boons from it.
At least, that is how I am planning on reporting it for the set I ran.

So, I spent a good chunk of my Tuesday evenings this past winter and spring running Beginner Box demos at a local hobby store. We usually ran one adventure an evening, sometimes two.
Is there any point to my submitting this information as a series of events? If so, how would I do that, since any particular "bash" took several evenings?

Submit one event for every four hours you ran BBD. So, if you ran 1 hour over four nights, the just enter the date as the last date of the four nights.

Should I enter the ones I ran for gencon, or will that be handled on your end. I can do it if it would save you effort.

What about GM101? Does this refer only to the full Atlanta-based version, or does our own home-brewed one count as well? (For reference, we've run two, and each was multi-hour sessions with example situations, presentations on much of the same material listed in the GM101 document, plus some other stuff. One was before the current document appeared, and one was later but used a different format.)
Also, who gets credit for it? Do we list the "head GM", or all GMs presenting? Do we list every "player" (i.e. GMs in the audience) as well (and do they get credit for their participation)?
Good questions about the GM 101. Central Florida VC Kristie ran a GM 101 class at a convention in July, which was great. She definitely deserves credit for running it. I don't know if anyone remembers everyone who was there, since there were probably 15ish "students" in the class.

All GMs presenting get credit for GM 101. For every four hour block, a session should be reported.
