Is there *anything* in the Additional Resources list which wasn't directly published by Paizo? Even if the Kobold Quarterly article was published with Paizo's permission, I'd be kind of surprised to see it wind up on the AR list.
I'd say slim to none. There is nothing on the Additional Resources Page that isn't created by Paizo. They'd actually would have to get a license from KQ to fulfill that request, and that's high on the list of "ain't going to happen."

They'd have to get a license to say "You can use this"?
Also, keep in mind that both of the PFS Quests were published in KQ first.
