Can a monk use a shield cloak and still flurry? What about use 2handed weapons? It doesnt seem like it but that move action is only needed once like readying a shield right?

What kinds of items or feats can amplify my touch attack damage? Not counting metamagics.

Can one use a metamagic rod or other free meta ability on a scroll?

Ring of spell knowledge: does the ring need to consume the written source/be hit by the spell witnessed/have the spell cast into it? Or is it kinda a recorder/roadmap? What kind of action is it to have the ring learn a spell?

Flurry with twohanded weapons works.
The only question is if you have to make some of the attacks with unarmed strikes if you do. But these can be kicks and the like, so no problem.

I don't think you can affect a spell cast from a scroll with a metamagic rod. A workaround for spontanous casters is the robe that lets you cast a spell crom a scroll using your spell slot instead of using up the scroll.

The rest I can't answer on the fly. Mostly because I don't know the items, or at least not well enough.

That first answer... You misunderstand the question. The question is if you can use flurry or 2handed weapons with a shield cloak? Not if you can flurry with 2hander XD

I don't think so. The text says you grasp a corner of the cloak and it hardens, so you use it as a light sheild. Shields take up a hand slot. No free armor bonus for you with a two hander.
As well, your monk AC bonus is lost whenever you use a sheild, so unless your monk has a 0 wisdom modifier your probably better off not having the cloak.

Then what would be the point of this item? So we can pay 1000g for a light shield that takes up 2 item slots?

The point is for someone with a bastard sword or that tends to two hand a one handed weapon a lot. For this type of fighter they would gain the flexibility to switch from aggressive to defensive without burning actions drawing and storing a shield. A niche use? Sure but still has a use.

Produce Flame is a spell, not a weapon. No iterative attacks, no weapon benefits. See JJ's post for details.

Flame blade is a weapon-like spell, so anything that effects weapon damage will work. Inspire Courage, Prayer, etc. See this FAQ for details.

Domain touch abilities are probably not weapons, either. You'll need something that works on spells or whatever that ability types is in order to increase the damage.

If it's a spell-like ability with a range of touch, you could probably have it work like a touch spell, so if you use the ability and hold the charge, you could attempt to deliver it in the following round(s) with an unarmed strike or natural attack, against normal (not touch) AC, dealing weapon damage in addition to the effect of the spell.
