Just for fun, what would be some achievements table top RPG players could gain while playing?

Here are some I have already thought of.

Gold Medal Achievements
Roll five natural 20s in a row.
Roll five natural 1s in a row.
Roll max damage with a spell or an ability that requires 5 or more dice.
Deal 200+ damage with a single attack.
Kill five or more targets in a single round.

Silver Medal Achievements
Roll three natural 20s in a row.
Kill four targets in a single round.
Win an opposed skill check after rolling a 1.
Demoralize a CR 15+ foe with an Imtimidate check.
Make the GM walk out of the room to cool off.

Bronze Medal Achievements
Score a double critical hit.
Score the killing blow on a named NPC.
Effectively use a Profession skill.
Suffer burning fire damage for five consecutive rounds.
Bribe an NPC.
Poke something with a pole.
Set off a trap with an enemy's body.
Kill an innocent bystander without realizing it.
Intimidate 3 NPCs in the same session.
Drink something non-alcoholic in a tavern.
Fail every Perception check in a single session.
Succeed at every Perception check in a single session.

Bronze Medal:
Make every attack trigger sneak attack damage in a session.

Silver Medals:
Traverse an entire dungeon with traps, without triggering any traps.
Kill an enemy in a solo encounter using only Cantrips.
Never fail a save in a session, but only in sessions involving 5 or more saves.

Gold Medals:
Traverse an entire dungeon with traps, by taking control of each trap.
Counter every spell cast on the party without using Dispel Magic.
Make every save in 5 contiguous sessions.

Which is why it is Bronze. It does need revision though.

How about: Kill an intelligent monster that spoke to you without replying to it.

I love the one about killing a foe with only cantrips.

Crippling Overspecialization
Take every weapon-specific feat (Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization, Greater Weapon Focus, Improved Critical, and Greater Weapon Specialization) and apply it to one weapon.

Rip and Tear
Deliver 200+ damage with a single melee attack.

Sneaky Petey
Every attack you made in one session was a sneak attack.

Save That Die!
Every attack you made in one session was a critical hit.

Butterfingers!
Every attack you made in one session was an automatic miss.

You Need a 23 on a Twenty-Sided Die
Succeed at five saving throws that would only succeed if you rolled a 20.

OhhHhHHHHHHhhhh, OH! Fumble!!
Fail five saving throws that would only fail if you rolled a 1.

Way to @$#%ing Kill Me, Dude

Holy Crap Your Not Serious Are You
Take one level in the alchemist, barbarian, bard, cavalier, cleric, druid, fighter, gunslinger, inquisitor, magus, monk, oracle, paladin, ranger, rogue, sorcerer, summoner, witch, and wizard classes.

A nifty idea that could add some camp and joviality to a lengthy campaign of the appropriate nature - I would suggest getting small stickers (like three colors of little stars for example) to tack onto the achieving character's sheet.

I don't think "make the GM walk out of the room to cool off" should be on the list though, as I can only see that as either adversarial play (which I don't advocate or enjoy) or a way to get your players to all bring space heaters to a game and refuse to turn them off.

I put it on the list because it happened a few times in my group unintentionally. The most famous was when the magus had a 20% miss chance for some reason and an NPC had five attacks in a row miss because of it. The GM stood up from the table and walked away. He had high hopes for the NPC.

How about: Unintentionally cause the GM to walk away from the the table to cool off.

Some of the achievements should be unintentional and accidental anyway.

Forget to bring the refreshments to the game when you're supposed to.

It's What My Character Would Do!
Steal from the party and act indignant when caught.

There's The Door
Get forcibly removed from a gaming session by the GM or other players.

Banned For Life

Hmm, I know a guy who got the first four of these all in the same session.

One of my group's members had a past group break up because a member died in real life. I doubt that is an achievement people look forward to.

Actually, it may have been because the player's wife died. Either way, that is a sad story.

I gained those two already.

I use to think this was cool. But then I noticed a lot of the achivements are for mechnical things which promotes really bizarro play styles to achieve these merits.

The best roleplaying achivements should be framed in the scope of the adventure you are playing in.

I agree, but unfortunately posting those wouldn't help everyone. Besides, this is more for fun, and I don't really plan on using them.

Everyone Wants You At Their Game
Bring food and drink to the game without telling anyone before hand. The food must be more than a simple snack.

Did anyone catch that you gain Mythic Tiers by achievements? Awesome.
