I doubt a matryoshka brain would be called a "species" by any reasonable definition of the word. =)
of course we arn't going to call a matryoshka brain, a species. But a weakly godlike intelligence subtype: Seed AI, could be a species of digital life. and being the sole inhabitant of a matryoska brain would give me a lot of band width for thinking. The big issue would be "going travelling" I mean, how would I get the band width for going visiting with the neighbours?
That said, my attraction to the idea is fairly week based on this principle.
Heheh, your way of describing the Lich is exactly how the Human Necromancer in my game plans to play out when he does become a Lich.
Well wouldn't you?
World domination? Too much work and never ends well.
Destroying all life? There'd be nothing to experiment on.
Mad scientist with zero concerns about personal safety? Awesome-land.
Yup. From their description, Samsarans are basically a weak version of Time Lord.
Kips ears perk up. "hmm what's that now Time Lord? Sign me up! Where do I get my Tardis?"
I believe they released a Tardis-esque item in Ultimate Equipment or Artifacts & Legends, one of the two. IIRC, it was a giant bronze egg or something.
I'd have to go with Bronze Dragon. I've always been partial to lightning myself.
I think I would like to be a fully amphibious undine. Lifespan is only slightly shorter than that of an elf, and I would be able to function fully both on land and underwater.
the hottest and most charismatic orc on the planet who makes everyone both male and female swoon over him, while still being a powerful warrior chieftan, and his name is Todd. in fact, more people want to seduce him than even the hottest of succubi.

I'm a little rusty on biology, but i'm pretty sure that is not a species.

Orcs are a species, i was just specifying the details of the exact orc.
Anyway, I am not as well-versed in Pathfinder and/or Golarion species as many on these fora, but I do have some criteria.
1) I would choose to be some species that is preferably immortal or if that is not an option, at least something that is very, very long-lived. Oh, and hopefully, I would get to be healthy and survivable to boot.
2) The species would also have to have a high level of cognitive ability/mental capacity/consciousness/(self-)awareness (i.e. good mental stats, among other things).
3) Preferably, the species would be powerful and thus capable of dealing with threats, challenges or obstacles and situations of various kinds.
4) Nifty abilities would be a definite asset. This means I would like to be able to do things I cannot do as a human (or at least not without the aid of technology). Magic/psionics/supernatural powers/spell-like abilities, flight, and various other powers are all more than welcome.
** 5) Ideally, it should not be a "silly species" (e.g. a space hamster), which is a rather subjective criterion, but I would want to be able to identify with it or be awed by it rather than laugh at it.
B. Perhaps almost any Qlippoth (not the nyogoth, doubt I'd be a fan of their diet), the deepest and darkest parts of the abyss must be a wondrous nightmare to behold.
C. Aboleth, history is exciting, what's more, being able to EXPERIENCE it (not sure if any paizo material mentioned this, but lords of madness mentioned that aboleth could relive memories of their ancestors), to SEE what lurks deep in the world and to see as the world formed around you. The deepest parts of the abyss still hold the most excitement for me, but this....nah, not even a close second, but still exciting.
