I know there is a spell that lets you make a treasure map out of corpse, but is there a divination spell that lets read entrails or innards?
It would be great in my campaign.
I just ran across this, seriously. It was either in a TPP about witches, or it was in CotCT under the subject of harrowing and very possibly, both. but It wasnt a spell. Either a hex or under the harrowed feat.

I don't know about a spell but Nature Oracles can read entrails as a revelation, Natural Divination.
One of the PFS scenarios has troll seers that read their own entrails. I think it's set in Kaer Maga, but can't really remember. If they were doing anything other than what witch doctors in real life do (i.e. just "read" them), we were never told.
You could still rule that entrails are a requirement for a divination spell. Or just create a new one.
Just sell it as if it is needed, then enjoy everyone getting pale as you enjoy the squishy warmth of the lamentations of their women as you dive into their viscera.
We made an oracle archetype for this sort of thing.
