I received the email about this order today. I noticed that it was missing the print copies of the Thornkeep flip mats.

The people who pledged $100 or more are supposed to get the print copies of them, which I did. Am I missing something?

You will be getting print copies of the Thornkeep flip mats. These are currently preordered and sitting in your sidecart. They were not shown on the confirmation email due to an issue at the time the orders were created. You should be able to see them sitting in the Sidecart area of your My Account page.
