While I won't even begin to pretend I don't find your reviews both a lot of fun to read and a useful thing for me professionally (they ARE both fun and useful), that takes a back seat to wanting to see you as healthy as possible.
You've already given back a lot. You should not only take all the time you need, but also do so with no pangs.
As a personal note on the offhand chance there's anything useful I can do to help, please let me know.

Take your time and hopefully see some improvement, Ender. You've been a real credit to the community and your reviews have helped steer my purchases, as well as pointed out things in my own work I didn't notice.
