Eagerly awaiting.

Glad to hear on the progess. What can one say to a one work answer, "Yes" except that things are coming along ok?

Speaking of the Frog God, my players in my RA game finally got to battle the Tsathogga in the new level 1D. The newly painted mini was really impressive!

Wait, what... you're telling me some of you haven't got your books yet?

Well played Anguish. Well played.

Not in Pathfinder, no, just my original sharkskin covered 3.5 books so far...

We didn't want to announce anything today, because, let us be honest, who would believe us today of all days. Any rate, we should have some good news very soon. I know that is probably killing you but patience is a virtue and all that stuff... The update will come first on Kickstarter by the way :)

Sort of a narrow range. Will need something to take them to 5th then.

Lets make a list of usable module!

I'll start with:
The Horn of Geryon (level 1)

One of the indulgences (16 page pdf releases which are being updated to PF) is a 1st level adventure.

I just ordered Skulls & Shackles and d/led part 1 and running it for my wife with 2 characters. May add a couple of more if the opportunity permits.

Looking forward to it!

And thanks Lou for your answer ;) Hadn't checked the boards until just now.

I used the fantastic 3rd edition adventure,Maiden Voyage- the party is a group of settlers journeying to Port Shaw. Some of the indulgences work very well as well within such a Trans-oceanic journey.

Is that this adventure?

I might well drop $2 on that, given the recommendation.

That's it. The Mysteries of the Razor Sea Indulgence also fits well with that adventure. I also introduced some of the NPCs on the Sea Voyage; I.e Jalamar.

Well, that is strange, 5.33 for the pdf and 2.00 for a print copy! Usually it is the other way around. With shipping I am not sure you are saving anything by ordering the print copy. I would probably buy the pdf for 2.00.

Tack it on to a larger order and you won't have to worry about shipping putting it over the PDF.

That would be great except I just ordered all of Skulls & Shackles Sunday. Maybe next order.

Just read Endzeitgeist's review of Horn of Geryon: will probably get that.

Just got an email from Blonde Frog - the Pathfinder pdf is ready for download and is a whopping 544 pages! Good gravy, that's a lot of campaign!

The massive book has some consequences but I'll let you guys read it all yourselves first. (Plus cut 'n' paste isn't so easy on teh telephone :-) )

But... IT'S DONE!!!

The Exchange

Well there's a couple of teething issues on that so looking forward to being able to read stuff as not shown up for some of us so far.

I read that and followed the link but didn't see anything (except the covers). In my email I also didn't get any mention of the fact that I was one of the preorders from Sinister. I left a note over on the Kickstarter as well. I'm assuming things are still a bit buggy but hoping it gets figured out soon :)

Dark Archive

Yeah I can not access my PDFs either, but HEY this is RC! A snag or two is to be expected lol.

Five years almost to the day after my initial pre-order. Praise Pele!

Currently mine are still empty links under "Still to Come" but I sure am looking forward to these!

I figure they will show up later today. It is still early on the west coast. I might start my campaign early if I can run it from the pdfs.

Thanks. So the only files still missing are Fire as She Bears and PF Dead Man's Chest.

Then how do you get them?

Remove everything after the last slash from your URL.

Same two are missing here, thanks for the heads up Zaister! This is going to take a lot of reading and planning it seems. Can't wait to dig in!

I'm still tidying up the actual plot web map.

Dang thing got so huge I couldn't do it on posterboard anymore. Shifted over to Xmind (free mind-mapping software), and that seems to be doing the trick.

Sorry 'bout the delay on that last piece, folks. Shouldn't be long now. :(

No email here... yet... sigh!

The email is not necessarily a new one. If you got PDF rewards for this Kickstarter previously, *that* is the email with the username and password :)

The Exchange

The main problem with the work around is that those of us who added the books on as add ons can't access the stuff :-(.

The Pathfinder PDF is now up for download! I can't download the PDF though. I can get to the landing page, but it won't accept my user/pass to download it. What do?

Edit: Never mind, it fixed itself.

Has anyone else been able to download Fire as She Bears? Or is that not yet available?

The Exchange

Are the preorders and those who have added pdfs going to get access to them as well?

I'd really like to shut my group up by actually having the pdf after all these years.

I like the mini-preview of the Necro world. :)

Just downloaded the PDF! Freaking awesome! Thanks Frog God! Thank you Nick, Lou, Tim, John and Adam!

Razor Coast is amazing, innovative, beautiful, creative and...it blows me away. I love everything about it. I think it sets a new standard for adventure design; it's exactly what I have wanted as an experienced GM; it was well worth the wait! Thank you all, especially Lou; your love shines through.

Just curious if the original preorders are going to get a survey? I received one for the pledge I made, but not one for my original sinister preorder.

Same question - I got access to the Player's Guide I qualify for from the Kickstarter (very nice, BTW), but don't seem to have access to the main book, which I have been waiting for anxiously for several years now.

Just downloaded the Players Guide, Campaign Setting and Heart of the Razor fine. No sign of the Fire as She Bears yet (Dead Man's Chest and Map Folio showing as still to come). Not had chance to read anything yet.

I am unsure whether to read the PDF or hold hold hooooold out for the physical book. It has been a while since i first ordered it so maybe I can wait...

Dark Archive

Responsive Duelist seems rather strong. Unlike Robilar's Gambit or Come and get me, it has limitations, but on the other hand, it has no drawbacks and can be taken at 5th level.
In my opinion it would have been better to include Art of the Duel and Warrior's Way in the Freebooter' Guide.
I have mixed feelings about the art. Some of the pieces are beautiful, while others look like photos with a filter applied to them. Concerning the art, the resolution of the pdf is very low. Some of the annotations on the map are very hard to read (the one on page 189 for example). I hope that they will come out better in the printed book and map folio.
It's still a very nice looking product. While I haven't read most of it yet (I prefer printed books for that), it truly seems to be a work of love. It's extremely sandboxy (does this word even exist?), but takes great care to make the player's decision matter (unlike Kingmaker, for example).
The one problem I have with it, is that it starts at 5th level. While there is a 1st level module, there's nothing else between levels 1 and 5. A prequel like in the Rice of the Drow kickstarter would have been nice. Maybe it's time to start writing stuff myself again.

I have to say that, aside from a few issues layoutwise (that may end up working very well when I get to read the book in detail) and a couple of pieces of artwork, this looks like a top quality product. Based on what I've seen so far, I'm very pleased with it and I feel it's been worth the wait.

Hey - I got a special mention on the front bit for the proofreading and all - thanks Lou!

Glad to help, and boy am I glad we finally assuaged Great Pele's wrath!

/I wonder what finally swung it - could it have been that video of Lou? ;-)

Will the PF version be sold here, or must one go there directly to get it? Honestly, I one day have aspirations of running Skull & Shackles, and this campaign will be part of it!
