whrere cn I find chronicle sheets and a sign up sheet for dawn of the scarlet sun, as I will be running it tomarrow night.

Good question.
There are two easy places to find the Chronicle sheets: the Additional Resources page, or the module's product page.
I don't believe there is a tracking sheet for the module.

Remember that the 5th-level pre-gens that come with the adventure can be used, even though they break some of the normal Pathfinder Society rules. (Players can apply the credit to their own PCs when they reach 5th level.)

I had played this with the level 5 pre-gen and was told I had to apply the credit to a brand new level one character. I used the chronicle as the first chronicle for a new character and did not get any errors..

That's the other use of the pre-gens, Pegastar. Assign the credit to a low-level character that "activates" when the character reaches 5th level, or else change the amount of gold to 500, and start a new PC with it.

Ah ok, that makes sense. We did lower all the gold down to 500 but I still have the boons and loot.
I wasn't given the option of waiting to apply it to a 5th level character, which would have been nice to know about though. Something to remember for the future!

When the module was first ran, that was the only option Pegastar. With the newest version of the guide, it has amended that to include both options mentioned here.
