Are there any rules for building strongholds in Pathfinder? Or any type of building for that matter?

Andoran

You can always use the 3.0 Stronghold Builder's Guidebook. If you can wait, because I sure can't, Ultimate Campaign comes out in April or so, and it's supposed to have rules for strongholds in it.

The Kingdom Building rules in the Kingmaker AP are vaguely related, but fairly abstract. You don't wind up with a floor plan.
