It's been 13 days since this order was received in Auburn and has disappeared in St. Louis. I'm curious as to where my order is. This is most unusual and I know it's not your fault, but you may have more resources as to finding it's location than I do. Any help is appreciated.

Likely fell behind or under some unused piece of post office machinery. I've set up a replacement to ship with #63. If #62 manages to still show up, let us know so we can cancel the replacement.

Wow, so I'm embarrassed. My wife didn't check the mail today (we live in an apartment complex). I just checked it and it was there. Cancel that replacement but thank you so much for the help!
