i found this thing in the synthesist. please help me understand it

så the feats and skills i give my eidolon, dont fuse with me? >_> seems like a big waste then

I think you're in the wrong forum to ask rules questions.

If, however, you're asking due to your character being a Society Organized Play character, the question is moot: Synthesist is banned for play as of Guide 4.2.
