could pazio market a set of non sloted bases so we can put our minis on them so we have the right size bases?
You might want to look at Gale Force 9's bases.

While i have been waiting for bases for some time, and thank you for releasing them, is there any chance these will be offered in bulk? i would prefer to base out all of my pawns so i don't have to swap bases on and off them (hopefully this will increase the longevity of my pawns), but at their listed prices, basing my Bestiary box and RotRL Pawns, it's looking to cost around $180 in bases alone (three times what i paid for the pawn collections).

Hello. I have a somewhat different question
I'm in the process of constructing pawns out of the original RotRL paper minis. (Aside: no, I am not allowed to redistribute the PDFs I've made for myself) To that end I've gotten some of these, and they work pretty good, but those little slats are spaced really far apart.
When I did my first batch (the Burnt Offerings PDF), I took two copies of each pawn, had them printed on 100-lb paper, glued them together and stuck tape on the bottom (so that the bottom edges don't tear). Each base needed two pawns to stand up straight. Basically, I did twice the work. Now, I went back to Kinko's to get the second batch done (townsfolk and Skinsaw), and now they don't stock 100-lb paper for printing: just 80-lb. And, now, my new little guys don't fit so good in my huge bases. Grr argh.
My question: compared to the Fantasy Flight bases, are these bases' slats closer together or farther apart? Also, are these going on retail shelves?
::kinda determined to make my own pawns here...I mean, Callous Jack did such a nice job and all::

I'd like to second non-slotted bases. It might be a bit of a niche market but I am re-basing some minis to tide me over until Pathfinder Battles fills in the gap. Looking around at Litko, GF9, or similar vendors is a bit of a drag. They're more expensive, first off, but more importantly, the bases simply look different.
Non-slotted bases help in two ways:
1) They allow you to rebase non-Pathfinder minis to look the same as Pathfinder... this will be a big, big deal in March 2013 because you'll have Reaper Bones Kickstarter showing up, the 28mm Demons and Devils, and my guess is the Dungeon Crawler stuff will be around the same time period too. For me, I have over 2200 minis coming from all of this... would love to have a reasonably economical way to base these as Pathfinder until I can get official Pathfinder minis for all of them.
2) Having extra bases around lets you resize things on the fly. For instance, let's say I have a Huge Fire Elemetental but what I really need is a Gargantuan. Having a Gargantuan sized base allows me to use sticky tack on my Huge, attach to a Gargantuan base, and I've got what I need in a pinch. Instead, I'm going to use my Rune Giant because I don't have a base the right size.
I'd personally be interested in these anywhere from Small to Colossal.

That's what I'm going to be doing on this first batch of 50 or so I need. Come March though I really hope there's a better solution. Not that I'll probably rebase all 2200 of these minis but still, there are upwards of 10,000 people who are potential customers of these bases, especially if we can get bases all the way up to Colossal.

Can we get differently colored bases? That can help to organize PCs versus NPCs versus monsters, or different types of monster, or different individual monsters all of the same type. ("The blue and green goblins are in the blast radius, but the red goblin isn't.")
Also, can anyone verify whether Pathfinder pawns will fit into Gale Force 9's magnetic slotted bases?

I'm not sure these will work, but what if you bought the different colored key identifier rings from a local hardware store and slipped those over the bases. It might work for the mediums at least.

Finally! We have figured out how to fully implement a Pathfinder - My Little Pony crossover! If only we had known this before PaizoCon 2013, with the Bronies having their convention nearby....
(The other day, in a PFS game, somebody summoned a Celestial Pony. I'm pretty sure it was brightly colored and farted rainbows.)

To anyone in the know:
Would this product work as Pathfinder pawn stands?
It looks like it should, and if I recall my Arkham Horror pieces correctly, they are of similar thick cardboard stock as the Pathfinder Pawns.

Just to let everyone know: Fantasy Flight stands do indeed work pretty well with Pathfinder pawns.

New here. Very curious about the backorder status. Looking to get back in to the hobby and this is step two (bought books).
They have been replaced by the Pathfinder Pawns Base Assortment Pack, so they will not be back in stock, I'm afraid.
