If Seventh Veil intends to be doing anything like that I will definitely remain very far away from affiliating with Seventh Veil and never, under any circumstances recommend them to anyone.
Period.
The Seventh Veil is planning on doing anything like this. I personally can't imagine submitting this kind of information to anyone.

Backing off a bit: IF we decide to incorporate as a Trust, LLC, Corporation, or other real-life business entity, the agents, officers, and directors of that organization will probably be required by law to provide sufficient identification to the accountant to fill out the required paperwork.
I don't think that we'll ever have a payroll, but IF we ever have expenses (hosting, voice servers, goblin balls, subsidies, or other) that exceed the level of individuals willing to step up and say "I will personally go out-of-pocket to cover this", then I could see registering a trust to aggregate donations and cover expenses, rather than needing to trust any individual.
Nobody will need to serve in any such role in order to play PFO at any level; it might be that the people with the dedication to reach the highest guild achievements also contribute to that level in the meta game, or it might be that the people who accept more meta game responsibility become less focused on the in game performance, and become enablers rather than achievers. It's still WAY too early to tell, and will likely remain that way for most of a decade.
