Hey there this maybe an odd question but I am going through my old issue of Dragon 348 and wanted to use the Alchemical Silence from the class acts section under Mountain Ghosts,

it talks about using it as a thrown splash weapon, and I was wondering if there was a DC save for the effect, or what a suitable craft DC would be since neither are listed
