With the hat of disguise and ring of invisibility FAQ, I think it is reasonable to expect this to get the 3 min clarification considering it was limited to 1/day.
Nether of those are limited to one time per day....
But it really doesn't matter anyway - it is what it is, and we work with it.
I'm guessing that most of them characters with this armor will be selling it back now.
If it were an armor enhancement I could see some people taking it, but as named armor, that can never be improved past +1? Seems to be a dead end..

The point was that the clarification stated that when you triggered them, they had a duration, per the spell they were duplicating, and that if you wanted to keep the power up, you had to retrigger them periodically.
In which case, it makes sense that mist mail would also have a duration.
And my barbarian/druid would still totally buy mist mail if it was not metal.
