Queen Abrogail II & Tieflings

I think Abrogail isn't religious at all. Asmodeus isn't her god; he's her business partner.

After looking through Cheliax: The Infernal Empire, I'm pretty sure Abrogail is a complete psychopath, too.

Abrogail isn't stupid; she wouldn't just throw away a useful tiefling.

But a tiefling would never become part of House Thrune, either.

But Abrogail's a 16th level sorceress, and her advisor/mentor/(best friend?) is a powerful pit fiend.

If a tiefling impresses her, it probably isn't beyond her abilities to offer said tiefling the chance to stop being a tiefling and become fully human...

Necro-ing this thread because of an interesting development in a Varian Jeggare novel:

Because of services rendered, Varian was able to persuade Queen Abrogail to promote the tiefling Radovan to the rank of Baron near the end of the latest novel.

What would be the implications and rippling consequences of this action?
